    Italian Map of Tobruk

I am currently in the process of purchasing this Italian printed map of the Tobruk 'defensive works and artillery deployment' which states that its initial print was on 25-8-1941 and subsequently reprinted 9-04-1942.

I gather the reprint was due to the Axis once again advancing and the eventual fall of Tobruk later in June 42'.

Has anyone come across or have a similar map in their own collection...?

      Thanks Marcel,

I had not seen another until this one came along, so I cannot imagine they are common or that many survived.

      Cheers...

Would make sure this is an original map or a copy ? This map or another quite similar has already been published. Just can't remember which Tobruk siege book it is in ? But have seen this map before (or one quite similar). Very nice piece if original

Either it’s similar, so it’s another map, or it well may be the very same one that was published.

Would you happen to know the size of the one that was published...?

            This one is quite large...
