Help with postcard

I’m trying to determine the relative rarity of this 1938 Party Day postcard. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the information. I am confident that it is original (does not “glow” under a UV light, printing is sharp, crisp & clear, etc.).

Since the 1939 RPT was cancelled a few days prior to it's scheduled opening, I assume that anything relating to that event has a "rarity" aspect to it! Of course, with such a late cancellation of the event, just about everything was in place for the event to proceed, so items like post cards and such would have been already stocked for sale. But what happened to all of that material after the cancellation? Obviously at least some items were not trashed...!

A very nice addition to any RPT collection!
