Missing stam on CCC award document?

guys, have you ever seen missing stamp on award document? It seems as a good document.. but without a stamp..

A mistake, I have other groups with citations missing the stamp or the signature.

I agree, simply human error in this case

Documents without stamps surface occasionally. Some are marked "In Ermangelung eines Dienstsiegels" (in default of an official stamp) or similar, some are not.
