Hi fran 1942, no problem , it is the the in Italy built "Spa TL37" a Light Tractor ,
Artillery.
One of several body types on this standardized chassis which was introduced in 1936.
The car has the Fiat engine 18TL 4053 cc , 52 bhp ,4 -cyl. driving all wheels via 5 speed gearbox and lockable centre diff. 4 -Wheel steering.
Weight 3300 kg.
