please identification help w/ west wall medal document

hello All,

I bought this west wall medal in a document lot and I would like to sell it, the document itself looks original to me so I would like to know your opinion about it.
sorry about my scaner images, is not working well,the color of paper is exactly the ussual color in all German documents.

This is an exciting find! I have never before (in 40 years collecting ) seen ANY document for the 1944 re-issued WW Medal. This seems similar to the standardized documents previously used for the Treudienst crosses and the "large" KVK Urkunden.

An award to a woman is even more unusual!!! Thanks for sharing this. Rick
