thank you for your cooperation and for your right consideration. I'm afraid you're right about this document. In fact, it does not seem logical either to have received the PAB in 1944 and the CCC in October 1943. The lack of documents for the EK makes it all the more doubtful.
It is therefore likely that someone wanted to improve the lot by adding this document even if it was to be a particularly skilled forgery and aware of the history of the division. I do not understand why he did not date it at the end of 1944 when everything would have been more credible.

Yes, I think it’s best to put this document aside and enjoy the rest of the group. Maybe the actual NKS is good and you could sell it separately.

It is difficult to judge a document by scans alone - I would not give up on the CCC document, yet.

You are absolutely correct. But, a Kompanie processed NKS award document using a fill-in-the-blank format document that was typically used on Wehrkreis level AND often used by modern-day fakers for “enhancing” purposes gives me serious pause. This is one of those situations where each facet seems plausible, but all of them combined (plus no EKs, PAB after NKS, etc.) makes it tough to believe.
