Paper poster/plaque GREEK VOLUNTEERS , VERY ODD !!! PLEASE LOOK

This poster / plaque has been found about a month ago close to saarbrucken (germany). This is absolutely not a poster which has been made by someone.
It realy has been found in an old house.

I have been told it has to do with Greek volunteers who joined the Wehrmacht or Waffen SS.

Has anybody seen this before ??

By the way the size is 53 x 42 CM.

This is from the NS Kultur-Gemeinde, part of the DAF's "Kraft durch Freude." Has nothing to do with the military
