High Ranking Officers: SS And Luftwaffe ID Help!

I recently reached a very nice Luftwaffe Photo Album (coming soon for sale here on e-stand) where I found inside a couple of pictures of 2 high ranking officers:

- 1 SS Oberfuhrer
- 1 LW High Officer (can’t see the collar tabs)

Do you recognize them?

Does the backside say the location or date? That would be helpful so i can look in my SD libary for the SS Oberführer attending something where General der Flieger Friedrich Christiansen was also present
