I think Gerdan is correct !

In the history of 13. PzDiv., there is a Hptm. Schütz mentioned several times as Führer of Kradschtz-Btl. 43,
resp. Pz.Aufkl.Abt. 13. The other candidate in 1943 would be a Hptm. Hake, but that signature looks like Schütz.
