Hi guys, I got this Award Document and its respective Minesweeper Badge and I wanted to know your opinion. I have researched a little and it seems that the signature corresponds to Vizeadmiral Heinz Nordmann.

Typical type and method of signing for the period and from the admiral of the Norwegian Polar Coast.

Sometimes they have the ship or flotilla written in pencil in the top corner. But he's almost certainly from one of the flotillas tasked with convoy and coastal protection duties between Tromsø and Petsamo in Finland.

Here's a couple of examples from my own collection to a crewman from UJ-1102 and one from R-305, in 1943 he was still hand signing award documents and the styles are slightly different,
