    SS photos for review/Translation

I purchased these off of the E-stand a couple of years ago, and was wondering what everybody thought of them. I have one on me, which is the first with front and back photos. The the other photos I only the front shot of them. I’ll make some scans at school this week.

They all appear to be from 1940-1943, SS-VT from the looks of it in almost all of the photos until you get to the later dates. The one I’m most curious about is one that looks like a group of SS-VT members playing music in what I believe to be Dachau, in 1940. Maybe someone can enlighten me on what’s really going on, and if they’re authentic or not.

Also, Would anyone be able to translate some of these? Thanks!

            Hello.

SS-TV not SS-VT. (Totenkopverbande rather than SS verfügungstruppe). Although I think they are Totenkopf Division here.

The first photo is interesting for the piping on the nco’s caps.
