Your zoomed wiew show the two models of coveralls wich were used by Reichswehr and by Heer, circa 1928/1937.
They were used mainly by AFV and very early panzer crews.
They were made of moleskin material, front closure by 6 buttons (apparent or hidden), 2 large front hip pockets, 2 breast buttoned pockets wih scaloped flaps, 2 rear hip pockets, buttoned arm's end and buttoned external straps at leg's end.

      Hi Derka

Thank you for your reply. Can you tell me what the abbreviation AFV means?

The coveralls with buttons visible, notice front hip's pockets buttoned flaps

The coveralls with front buttons hidden, notice larger hip's pocket without flaps

One more zoomed pic sold on ebay from same provinance than the first pic of this thread :

The breast eagle was worn when avaible, circa 1935/37, as visible in the the pic on the man on the right belonging to a panzerabwher unit, and here :

Those coveralls were issued to crews in some motorised unit too, notice the first pattern of the M34 Felmütze :

As derka says, these overalls were not exclusively issued to Panzer or even AFV crews. They were also used, as protective clothing, by soldiers working with vehicles or on other dirty tasks. Here are a number of soldiers wearing what I believe to be this type of combi, and happily showing off their captured British Crossley IGLs.
                Kerry.
