Schnellboot signatures

Hello!

I got interested in a group of a man that served on a Schnellboot.
There are three documents with signatures on that I would need some help with.

With his name is also the unit and boat written - "N 11102/40 S" and "ON 11102/40 S". I guess that "40 S" is the Schnellboot number, but what might "N 11102" be?

From what I heard is the first signature "Dörss"(?) well known? But I can't find it, so I assume that I got the spelling wrong?

I got a tip on "Niels Bätge" for the first signature and that might be correct.

That looks like his Marinestammrollennummer. It is also the number on his dog tags.

N - Admiral der Nordsee
11102 - Personal number
40 - Year joined Kriegsmarine, 1940
S - Laufbahn or career....not sure what S was..could be Schnellboot!

In addition to Ian's post. The O refers to the Baltic Sea station, where ON is seen is where a sailor is transferred between the North Sea and Baltic stations.

The S refers to Fleet service careers

Any thoughts about the third signature?

Could it be KKpt. Klaus Feldt? He was division commander for the Schnellboot-Lehrdivision, that also included 3 Schulflottillen.
