Panzer Regiment 36, 14 PD Award doc, Signature?

Hi,

I have some trouble deciphering this signature. It is signed by a Generalmajor from the 14e PD as you can see.
It is very faint... Could it be Ferdinand Heim? If so that would mean he signed this document the same day he received his RK.

The Hüsken book only featured his signature from 1963 which is quite different to his wartime one.
