    Who is this SS-Obersturmbannführer?

Dear all, I have a question about an SS-Obersturmbannführer and his identity. Since on 16-19 May 1942 he visited The Netherlands with the staff of Himmler, I assume he was a member of the staff at the time... On the other hand he may also already have been stationed in The Netherlands and been part of the welcoming committee...Anyway, I have TWO pictures of him (see attachment) and perhaps anyone knows immediately who this person is? I would be much obliged.. And I have yet two other questions: During that same visit of Himmler to Holland he took along a staff member by the name of Koch...Can anyone tell me more about him or even come up with a picture of this "Koch"? The same goes for another Adjutant of Himmler: SS-Obersturmführer Dr. Max Frauendorfer. I would be very obliged. Kind regards, Joost
Who’s the man on the left please? “Begegnung [Heinrich] Himmlers mit [Adriaan Anton] Mussert. Der Reichsführer-SS und Chef der deutschen Polizei weilte in diesen Tagen zu einem Besuch in den Niederlanden”. In front of the residence of Seyss-Inquart, in the park of ‘Huize Clingendae’l. Left: Seyss-Inquart, on the back: Himmler, SS-Gruppenführer Gottlob Berger, Anton Mussert, Rauter, Hauptmann Jacobs; offier of the Ordnungs-polizei and Adjutant of Seyss-Inquart, Friedrich Wimmer, Cornelis van Geelkerken and to the extreme right our unknown SS-Obersturmbannführer.

I tried to attach pictures but only have them on PDF file and not as a link. How can I attach a PDF file or image?
