As a police collector, NOT a document collector, they look good to me. My only concern would be why the titles were written below the seals? Also it looks like it has a postal cancellation (could be something else). I would wonder if such a "private" wax sealed letter would be "Mailed" through the post.

How is the envelope addressed? With these wax seals it would be assumed that it came from Himmler's office, not necessarily from him but from his office.
