I have the recruiting brochure about Ukrainian Waffen-SS. I'd like to know any info on this before putting it for sale on Estand. Is it brochure related with 14. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS?

this is not a brochure but a flyer.
It should date from Spring 1943.
