Hello again to this forum,

A friend has a document that I would like to own. He wants me to make an offer but I have no idea what it's worth. I posted this earlier and got no response. If no one knows what the document is, perhaps someone who speaks german can tell me what it says. I have supposed it to be some type of recognition for completing a course of instruction (like artillery observation perhaps). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope my english is good enough !!. This is a document for the Hauptwachtmeister Wacker. He got the shooting lanyard class 5 for his outstanding achievement in the year 1938 in the shooting class for Artillerie.
