I got a small group of eight document's belonging to Oberfeldwebel Hermann Fischer of I./Kampfgeschwader General Wever 4. I just nee a bit of help with three of them.

The first one is A5 size a licence of some kind ?

The second is A4 size. Four year service in the Wehrmacht.

What is the unit he was in at that time ? Is it signals related ?

A promotion document. Again is this a Luftwaffe signals school unit that he is in at this time ?

Iron Cross 2nd Class citation awarded to Hermann Fischer of I./Kampfgeschwader 4 on the 10th November 1941 with original ink signature of General der Flieger Helmuth Förster ( Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross on 22nd February 1942 as Kommandierender General des I. Fliegerkorps ).

Front flight clasp in bronze awarded to Hermann Fischer of I./Kampfgeschwader General Wever 4 on the 18th November 1941 with original ink signature of Oberst und Geschwaderkommodore Hans Joachim Rath ( Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross on 5th September 1942 ).

This paper is a signed obligation to serve 4 years with the Wehrmacht and to do what is asked of him.

As Thomas alluded to, this is the 'Verpflichtungschein' or 'Certicficate of Commitment' (basically his 'Contract') issued to Fischer regarding his length of service within the Luftwaffe.

Luftnachrichtenstelle, Fliegerhorst Kaufbeuren, and yes.
