Unidentified Third Reich Personnel

Hi,

I have several photos of uniformed personnel from unidentified Third Reich organizations. Any help in identifying these organizations will be greatly appreciated. I suspect that the helmeted individual is actually a firefighter from the pre-Third Reich period.
