Definitely a Phanomen Granit 1500 S. Here is a photo of a shot-up 1500 S ambulance from the book "Trucks of the Wehrmacht" by Reinhard Frank for comparism.

Ok larrister, I know this photograph but has my opinion it is not a Phanomen Granit 1500s but a Phanomen Granit 25 (1,7to) 1931

I found a plate advertising of phanomen type 25 and she looks like with my truck, no ?
