Help with some paper items

This is definately not my field but thought I'd post some paper items I picked up in a box at a local flea market for anyones thoughts and/or opinions.

First is a 5 1/2" x 8 1/4" booklet from the American Nazi Bund dated 3 Juni 1943. Slick paper pages with some photos and adverts for german businesses in Brooklyn. I've never seen any American Bund stuff, I'm guessing it is fairly scarce.
