    it looks fine to me. The feldpost matches, Grohmann was kompanie fhr around the time period.

        The document dated March 1944 is also signed by the Btls.-Adjutant Ustuf. Wolfgang Sinning and the Chef of the 2.Kompanie Ostuf. Fritz Stockhammer; Ostuf. Franz Grohmann signed as deputy Commander of the I.Bataillon.

        The document dated May 1944 seems to be signed by Ustuf. Heinrich Heumann as deputy Führer of the 2.Kompanie.
