Steiner/Hausser signed document

Hi All,
An interesting document from 1938 signed by Felix Steiner with additional hand written note from Paul Hausser. It seems to be as regards Matthias Kleinheisterkamp and his return to the Waffen SS after his reprimand and 'sent on leave' sentence for a serious breech of SS and legal rules. Like most of us, to do with money and women.

The signatures look good to me (I think) and the basic premise of the note I understand but maybe someone with a better knowledge of German and the SS could shine more light on the document.
All opinions welcome and appreciated.

I will try a translation but it's a bit difficult to read the text. I have some problems:
