Yes, it's a good piece. It was produced for the office that Reichsleiter Philipp Bouhler headed -- The Führer's Private Office -- when that office moved from Wilhelmstrasse to the New Reichschancellery on Voss Strasse in 1939/40, which is the address on this letterhead.
