Ah, nice! I keep hoping that a complete original Luftwaffe Rank List will show up someday for research purposes!

This is a grade I can only translate as "senior major" for a military official, had such a rank existed. So a senior Beamter, maybe not "exciting" but certainly far, far rarer than some Flak retread.
