SS WIKING ek award document

enclosed comes an interesting iron cross 1st class document issued to a member of the panzer regiment 5 (SS division "wiking"). signature appears to be from otto gille. it features a very nice note telling that it was issued by the commander of the "fortress kowel", gruppenführer gille. so, this document can be exactly located when issued.
