Propaganda Postcard identification

Could anyone please shed some light on this postcard. I cannot find a similar one anywhere.
I cannot read the first letters of the first word.....it ends **lauer - the second line is 'Stadtfeier' and then the date '21-24 June 1940'.
Any help would be appreciated as to what this card represents.

That's a really nice card Terry. That is for the town of Iglau (Iglauer) and it's a city festival (Stadtfeier) commemorative card.
