I hope someone can help to identify the following Knight´s Cross holder!

In the current auction of ratisbon´s are 5 photographs of a Knight's Cross award ceremony to a medical Oberleutnant ( Lot 26-0376):

The photos are marked with "Gaupropagandaamt Oberdonau"

I was comparing pictures and the names of doctors with KC and also Oberdonau KC´s cause couldn´t find any accordance ...?
