WB black award doc to Sicherungskomp. 103, original or not?

Since I would like to sell the following wb black award documents I d like to hear your opinion concerning its originality.

The soldier was a member of the Sicherungskomp 103 which should have belonged to the 4th Panzerdivision.

A bit more unusual but not uncommon that it is signed by a hauptmann and not a stabartz or medic related person.

Looks good to me too and logical. These types of security units were raised to guard rear areas from resitance and partisan attacks so coming under the command of a divisional supply commander is correct.
