For the first one you will need to show the stamp as Afrika-Artillerie-Rgt 1 didn't belong to any division so was attached to various units as and when required. Signature looks stamped.
EDIT: Might be the stamped signature of Theodor Graf von Sponeck of 90. Leichte Afrika-Division.

The second one is Paul Conrath.
