    Info about two EL aces

    Hello folks,

I´m looking for any info about Egmont Lippe-Weissenfeld´s and Leopold Münster´s careers.

The first was a Nachtjagdflieger and Eichenlaubträger with 51 victories who flew with ZG76, NJG1, NJG5. KIA on March 12th, 1944.

Münster was also a Eichenlaubträger with the JG 3 and was also KIA on May 8th, 1944 with 95 victories.

This is all what I know. I would apreciate any additional info abou them (first victories, dates of decorations, pictures, battle accounts). Even the short bios from the Obermeier´s book would be great!!!!

    My e-mail is douglas.aguiar@uol.com.br.

Many thanks in advance to all!

    Douglas.

            By the way...

            Paal,

Do you have any color picture of Josef Wurmheller? Someone post a color picture of him a couple of months ago in another thread but I am not able to see it here?

If you have any, could you post it? Or send me? I´d rerally appreciated.

            Regards,

            Douglas.

                Thanks!

                Paal,

Thanks once more for your kindness. I visited your site last week one more time. Great as ever, I would say.

Just two question (that others always do to me, and I always want to ask myself): how long do you collect III Reich picures? there is a special reason ( a relative who is/was a veteran, for example)?

I´m just a little bit curious about the profile of another guy like me.

                Regards,

                Douglas.

                  Hi Douglas!

I started up collecting signed Ritterkreuzträger pictures back in 1992. Got the adresse to Artur Becker-Neetz, and he sent me 2 signed picture plus an adresses to OdR. Got the adressebook of OdR members, and started up writing to many RK-trägers. Got signed color pictures of Otto Bülow, Ernst Wilhelm Reinert, Hajo Herrmann, Ekkehard Kylling-Schmidt, Hugo Primozic and Heinrich Boigk the first year. Got some the following years, but not many. Came in contact with some collectors in Germany, and they had many color pictures. I stopped collecting signed/unsigned pictures some years ago, and exchanged many against color pictures. Now i got around 550 color pictures. And over 1000 unsigned b/w pictures. Never know why i started up collecting pictures, just went that way. Now i'm also collect american medals.

                  Best regards
                  Paal

                    Paal, Hello

Looks like I am a little late on this thead, but I was looking for information that had been posted on Hugo Primozic since I recently picked-up a signed photo of him and plan to collect a few more signed pics of EK winners. I would like to write to the veterans myself but time is passing and I don't want to bother them if they would rather not be disturbed. What do you think about this? Also, what does 'ODR' mean? I haven't seen this abbreviation before. I think what would be more important than the signed photos is to just say Hello to the Vets & send best wishes! Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

                    Regards, Vince
