RK issue ceremony pictures. Who is he ???

Does anybody recognise this guy who just got his RK ??
It looks like these pictures are Original.....
The sizes are 8 x 11.5cm , so bigger then average,
On the back they have handwritten numbers R/11 and R/12 and the foto paper is from AGFA BROVIRA.

It appears to be northern Russia, circa summer 1942. This suggests it is one of the German infantry divisions that fought on the Volkhov in the spring of 1942 and then celebrated its heroes a little while later.

Most of those divisions have photo histories put together by the veterans, and I own several. They are in storage, but I'll try and dig them out. If anyone else has these (mostly published by Podzun), they can also check. This ceremony, or this guy, are likely in one of them.
