The diplomat in the second picture looks like Dornberger.

The second photo -- the one on the right -- was taken on the staircase of the Berghof in winter, with Hitler welcoming an apparent diplomat to his home. Given the architecture and Hitler's uniform, I believe this photo was taken between 1936 and 1939. I don't recognize any participant other than Hitler.

In the opinion of a Spanish collector friend, it looks more like Alexander von Dörnberg, Chief of protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and SS Oberfürer:
