Führer zum Reichsparteitag 1934 + Wille und Weg 1935

I recently got this brochure along with another one.
After looking up the Reichsparteitag one, I saw, that it was only offered for 200€ or more.
Is that value justified?
About the other one I have no clue aswell. Any ideas about the value are appreciated.
