Need help with Günther Prien book inscribed

Hello All,

I need help with this Günther Prien book. As far as I can tell it is an authentic 1st edition of the period but my german reading skills, especially, of that period needs some work. Can someone help out with an interpretation and signature?
Any help would be great.
