Well it is a French Tank Char B1 or B1~BIS or could be a S-35 but looks like the cupula has been removed or blown off so could be a post battle or one that was used for driver training

It was of the 2nd company willsee if I can find out exatly which one

It's a German Panzer Mk IV. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's an F1. Although the main barrel looks too short, so it may be a later series with the barrel removed.

Are these images all from the same set? If so, they are from the 4. Panzer Division, from what I can tell (from comparison with other photos I've seen). Your latest photos show a mid-model Panzer III (maybe an Ausf E-G) with a "G" on the front for Guderian's Panzergruppe 2. You can always recognize a Panzer III by its six small wheels, while a Panzer IV has eight small wheels.

Photos 2-4 show knocked out KV-1 Soviet tanks. The other is a T-26.

It is also not a PANZER yet as it is still in French service.

Outstanding. The first pic must be much later in the war. The cupula is missing so might of been stipped for parts??
