    Book

    Hello,
I can not read german or make out gothic script.
Would some one be kind enough to tell me what this is.
I see a KDF stamp and may be a RAD booklet.
    Any ideas please.

The man was training to be a blacksmith and this is his results of his apprenticeship.

It is a "Lehrbrief" - certificate of apprenticeship for Walter Schneider, born 15. Dec 1919 in

Sprottau. He was trained in Cunzendorf / Sprottau District (Kreis) from 1.4 1934 - 31.3.1938

by the blacksmith R. Seewald. Rating: good

The round stamp is from Schmiede-Innung Sprottau - Blacksmith Guild

The Kdf stamp is extra to make it worth more.

The KdF stamp has no original relation with the document.

I really dislike people who ruin documents, in this case an INDENTURE.
Is it still worth keeping even with those kdf stamps for my collection.
