Also I am not 100% Reichsbahnrat is correct what what I have seen it should be Reichsbahn-Rat as well I think the term is post war i whould be somethign like Obertelegrafenwerkführer

Thank You for reply , haw You see somewhere other award like this , for confirm ? This is not my award so i goth no stres i think its interested document , but must be real . And this i see first time . I think i can got good scan , but if this is necessary .
