I'd like to hear your opinions on this DKig award document which I recently got, any comments will be much appreciated.
I notice that there is a black horizontal line above Keitel's signature, what does it mean? Thanks!

It means that this paper still had the old title "Der Oberbefehlhaber des Heeres".
