I am also curious about the Flak badge....I can not find any possible name who signed it at the moment!
Currently I know of one other signed by the same person and dated the same day!!!

I've now seen several of these flak badge docs signed like this. All the same syle and all to Flak Btls.

I too would like to know who's signature this is. I can't seem to match it up with anyone of that rank.
