These soldiers are members of the Luftwaffe (Fallschirmjager), Wehrmacht or Waffen-SS?

I believe this is part of the Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler in Italy, circa August-September 1943. The three men on the left wear tropical uniforms. The man on the right appears to have LAH cyphers on his shoulder boards.
