ss wound badge document??

Hello, I found this in a local shop and was hoping to get some opinions on it.
There is an ss soldbuch to the same man issued in Nov 1944. This document is tucked into the back cover.
Thanks in advance for any info about the document or the regiment.

If this came with a Soldbuch, I would worry about that Soldbuch.

The stamp and signature are crap. And, apart from the unit being a problem, you really won't ever see an ornately prepared document from a hospital (as opposed to the unit). They had far more important things to do at these hospitals, especially at this stage of the war, than decorate documents.
