These photos seem to all taken in the Netherlands, or be from Dutch archives. In #5, top photo, second from the left is Hanns-Albin Rauter (Higher SS-and-Police Leader), fourth is Arthur Seyss-Inquart (Reichskommissar). Together, they basically ran the German occupation. The bottom photo is Josef Fitzthum, an A-SS General, who in the Waffen-SS commanded the Flemish Legion and then the Dutch Legion. He later became the HSSPF for Albania.

Hi Michael,

Can't help you with the identification other than the ones already identified by Marc, but can confirm date and location of two of the photos. The second photo of posting #4 and the first of posting #5 were taken in the Dutch city Groningen on 29th June 1940.

Hi,

all the buildings on the pictures identified by Ben doesn't exist anymore, they were located in the Grote Markt (main square).
On the left, we can see part of the
Martinikerk (St. Martin Church).
