Award doc Schutzwall with general of infantry

Hello guys, I just picked these up. To me, they look fine. The first time I've seen the place of issue, the general infantry. Your opinions?

It looks fine. I have a couple that were also issued by Infantry Regiments so it isn' unusual.
I can't make out what the unit is on the stamp unfortunately.

I found a "Major de la Chaux" (signature) 1940 among the commanders of

      Infanterie Regiment 181, III. Bataillon.
