Does anyone have any idea on what type of U-Boat this is. I've looked through all the types on uboat.net and I don't see anything quite like it. The back of the photo says "ein Deutches U-Boot" but I'm thinking maybe it not German?

The image is a little bit on the small side to give a proper evaluation, but the boat does look similar to the U-flak boats that had extra Wintergarden added (both fore and aft of the conning tower) and increased numbers of flak guns mounted. 20 mm and 37 mm in various configurations. If you're able to provide a larger image, it would go a long way towards aiding in the identification of the type of boat.
