Luftwaffe Ausweis Document need help please.

Hello Gentlemen,

I am needing some help please on this document of a Luftwaffe Obergefreiter and exactly what it says / means.
Can you tell what unit he was in?
I read EKI KL & EKII KL but not sure what this and everything else means, if you could please shed some light.
Would like to hear more about this piece if possible.

Above his name is "flying personnel". The EK II and EK I KL. means Iron Cross second and first class awarded. He also has the paratrooper badge. He received an extra 75 Reichsmark per month as a flyer. It appears someone wrote "Ritterkreuz" near the bottom which is most likely added post-war.

I'm more than skeptical - All awards on this document are bogus entries , sorry

These were used instead of the Soldbuch when on flights and somebody has ruined it.
