A friend is liquidating his parents estate, they were antique dealers. He has found and given me many military things he has found. He found this over the weekend. I have tried to use an online translator, but can get nowhere. Can someone tell me what this booklet is? I don't have it in hand yet or I would keep digging. Thanks for any help.
