Gauleiter Adolf Wagner Signature?

What do you think about this signature of Adolf Wagner in a "Mein Kampf"`?

It looks ok to me, but this strange line over "Adolf" ?

And is this a printed example?

I thought so because it says: "D.R.K Helferin" So a generalization and not a personal name. Furthermore it is not written in the book directly but on a piece of paper, which is glued in the book.

What do you think about it?

I have no problems at all with it, the line you mention is just the cross stroke of the "F" in the word "Adolf".
It seems this page was printed and then glued into the front of a number of Mein Kampf's which were then presented to D.R.K Helferin....IMO

Although having said that, it would be interesting to know what the text actually says, which could possibly shed some more light on it.

Hi,

usually it is easier for high-ranking officials to make personal dedications or signatures on sheets of paper that will be glued on the books by their aides.
Another way is to have an aide making the dedication (sometimes in gothic), and then the VIP sign the book personally.
