Framed Portrait with Heer decal on wrong side?

So a dealer has a portrait with a soldier in a helmet. The wired thing is the Heer decal on his helmet is on the wrong side. He wants $75 for it. Is it an unusual piece and does that make $75 a good deal?

I can't remember which seller it was, but I also recently came across a portrait with the Adler on the wrong side of the helmet, BUT, it was a reversed photo because the breast eagle was on the left side of his tunic. This wouldn't happen to be the case with the portrait you're referring to???

Yes the eagle is on the opposite side of the decal, so that makes sense. Thanks for the help.
